Just received my machine today and so far, it's fantastic! Life is so much easier working with a machine that doesn't struggle with thick, heavy fabrics! I love all the additional accessories and creative stitches built in. The customer service is also fantastic, and super fast delivery.

Purchased yesterday and loving it. Only doing cording ATM, but a great experience for me. Only feature I miss which is on my old machine is needle lift button. But will get used to that.
