Block Sewing Instructions
- Pin and sew one lime 1½” finished half square triangle (HST) on either side of the dark green 3” finished signature block as shown. Press seams towards the triangles. Make two signature quarter block units.
- Pin and sew two light green 1½” finished HST and one dark green 3” finished quarter square triangles (QST) together as shown. Press seams towards the light green geese triangles. Make four flying geese units
- Pin and sew two flying geese units together as shown. Press seams open. Make two flying geese quarter block units.
- Lay out two signature quarter block units and two flying geese quarter block units as shown.
- Pin and sew two quarter blocks together into half blocks as shown. Press seams open. Make two half blocks.
- Pin and sew half blocks together to complete the block. Press seam open.
