Singer Ironing Press
Long story short - I wouldn't be without my Singer ironing press, and only use a conventional iron for fiddly frilly gear. I won't go so far as to say I enjoy ironing, but I certainly don't mind it any more. I turn on the TV, make a cuppa and the week's load of ironing is done effortlessly. My husband bought me an Elna Press when we got married in February 1980. It lasted some 30 years (the machine, not the marriage!), and when it died, I replaced it with my first Singer, which I still have. When that died about 10 years later, I purchased the ESP2. The only thing that annoys me about the ESP2 is the beep when you hold down the press for too long. I realise it's a warning, but I wish I could turn it off; I know how long I need to press. I prefer to use a spray bottle of water rather than the built-in steam, and I iron everything except the towels. Now the reason I say I still have my first Singer is that when I brought it home from the repairer, who told me it was so old that they had no parts, I decided to pull it apart to see how it ticked - and lo and behold, it began to function again! So now I have 2 beautiful Singers - yeay!!

Singer Ironing PressG
Good day, Thank you for the opportunity to participate in this review. I’ve used my Singer ironing press a few times and am immensely impressed with how well the machine works. It replaces an Elnapress bought new in August 1981. Lasted 41 1/2 years! Can’t complain! If my Singer lasts that long then of course I’d be happy: I’m currently 83 years! I would not hesitate to recommend this Singer product to my friends. Sincerely, Eleanor Bull I would not hesitate to recommend this Singer product.

Great product and customer service!!
I did a lot of research before purchasing the Singer ESP2 ironing press, and I’m glad I did because it really is the very best for my purposes. I had to stop using a conventional ironing due to neck and shoulder problems, so I was recommended to get an ironing press. It needed to be easy and simple to use, and have a lightweight pressing surface to bring down - the ESP2 fitted all these criteria. The online purchase was quick and trouble free, and the product was delivered by courier 2 business days later! Simple to put together, with clear instructions on how to use it, and I was away!! That was 2 weeks ago, and I haven’t looked back! Best purchase I’ve made in a long time, my neck & shoulders feel great, I can even use it one handed, and swap hands, if I want to. Thank you SO MUCH to Singer for making such a sturdy, useful and time saving product, VERY much appreciated, believe me! :-)
